Full Job Description:

Your Role:

As the HR and Marketing Manager at the P&Y Foundation, you will play a crucial dual role in supporting our mission and growth. You will oversee the development and implementation of strategic HR policies and marketing programs to enhance our organizational culture and promote our projects and initiatives effectively.

Your Work:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall mission and values of the foundation.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to build a diverse and talented team.
  • Oversee and improve employee relations, ensuring a high level of team engagement and satisfaction.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the foundation’s projects and initiatives, increasing visibility and support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in compliance with federal and state employment laws to ensure HR practices are up-to-date and in full compliance.
  • Lead special projects and programs, ensuring they align with our goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and meet project deadlines.
  • Develop effective communication plans for HR and marketing changes, implementing these to successful conclusions.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, managing the development of presentations and updates.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR and/or marketing roles.
  • Experience in non-profit organizations, cultural institutions, or similar environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and legislation.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
