Full Job Description:

Your Role:

As the PR/Content Manager for the P&Y Foundation, you will lead our efforts to craft and disseminate our message, promote our projects, and manage our public image. Your work will play a critical role in advancing our mission through strategic communication, content creation, and media relations.

Your Work:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and content strategy to enhance visibility and support for the foundation’s initiatives.
  • Create compelling content across multiple platforms, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
  • Manage media relations, building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers in relevant fields.
  • Monitor and analyze PR results, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with the foundation’s teams to ensure consistency in messaging and to amplify our projects and achievements.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson and media contact for the foundation, representing us in interviews, at events, and during public engagements.
  • Oversee the foundation’s social media presence, engaging with our community and fostering positive interactions.
  • Manage crisis communication, responding swiftly and strategically to any challenges that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in PR, content management, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing PR and content strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft messages for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
