Peter Yang
Founder & Executive Director
Former tech executive who founded P&Y Foundation in 2016. Passionate about stand-up comedy and Burning Man culture, believing art is the best way to connect hearts.
Sarah Chen
Art Director
Graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, focused on cross-cultural art installations. Has led the team through 8 major Burning Man projects.
Kevin Wu
Program Manager
Former stand-up comedian, now managing all performance program planning and execution. Known as "the Bay Area's best talent scout" for discovering new performers.
Emily Liu
Community & Communications Lead
Former media professional, leading the community storytelling project and all external communications. Believes everyone has a story worth hearing.
David Zhang
Operations Director
Ten years of nonprofit management experience, responsible for daily operations, volunteer management, and partner relations.
